When companies think "The customer is always right!" means rewarding abusive customers and leaving the rest of us to deal with abused employees, it's not just the employees who suffer.

If you see jerks being treated better than mature adults, feel free to pass on this open letter:

An open letter from a customer: I don't WANT to abuse your employees and be rewarded for gaming the system.
