Title: Wild West Domains and GoDaddy both had terrible customer service Post by: htenbyslide on August 16, 2007, 12:43:20 PM I own and operate several websites and recently tried Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS) with both Wild West Domains and GoDaddy, and both of their customer service was TERRIBLE!!! Avoid them at all costs. Otherwise you will waste losts of time. Both of these outfits will not give you any customer service assistance at all. With any question or problem they will tell you "this is your server and you have complete control .. so we cannot help you."
So I dropped both of them and now use www.SurfSpeedy.com as my ISP for my server requirements. I have been with Surf Speedy since January of this year, and their customer service is fantastic. There is always a human being ready to help you. Larger issues need to be processed through their ticket system but 1) they will solve any problem you can throw at them and 2) they are always available to help. I give www.SurfSpeedy.com hosting a 10 out of 10! Wild West Domains and GoDaddy get big zeros! |
